Cybercafé resource for teachers and pupils

The thinkuknow Cybercafé for Key Stage 2 pupils has been developed by CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection), alongside BECTA (The British Educational Communications and Technology Agency) and the Internet Proficiency Group. It aims to develop safe and discriminating behaviour for pupils to adopt when using the internet and other technologies.

Becta – Signposts to Safety Publications

Becta have recently produced guidance on internet safety for Key Stage 1 and 2 and for Key Stage 3 and 4. Copies of these have been ordered for all South Gloucestershire schools and will be sent out in September 2007. Copies can be downloaded from the following web address.

Know It All
